Possible big kitty scratching tree

Daddy and me still go for walkies.
Yesterday we saw a tree with scratches on it. Daddy thinks a kitty cat did it. A big kitty cat. Like the big kitty we saw the other day or a few years ago. I don’t remember exactly when.
This is a pretty big scratch
It was really me who found this tree. I smelled something and explored the water spot by this tree and daddy came to see what I was doing.
I’d chase that kitty if we saw it again.
